Judges 2:12
തങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്ന തങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ജാതികളുടെ ദേവന്മാരായ അന്യ ദൈവങ്ങളെ ചെന്നു നമസ്കരിച്ചു യഹോവയെ കോപിപ്പിച്ചു.

| God | אֱלֹהֵ֣י | ʾĕlōhê | ay-loh-HAY |
| of their fathers, | אֲבוֹתָ֗ם | ʾăbôtām | uh-voh-TAHM |
| out them brought which | הַמּוֹצִ֣יא | hammôṣîʾ | ha-moh-TSEE |
| אוֹתָם֮ | ʾôtām | oh-TAHM | |
| of the land | מֵאֶ֣רֶץ | mēʾereṣ | may-EH-rets |
| Egypt, of | מִצְרַיִם֒ | miṣrayim | meets-ra-YEEM |
| and followed | וַיֵּֽלְכ֞וּ | wayyēlĕkû | va-yay-leh-HOO |
| אַֽחֲרֵ֣י׀ | ʾaḥărê | ah-huh-RAY | |
| other | אֱלֹהִ֣ים | ʾĕlōhîm | ay-loh-HEEM |
| gods, | אֲחֵרִ֗ים | ʾăḥērîm | uh-hay-REEM |
| of the gods | מֵֽאֱלֹהֵ֤י | mēʾĕlōhê | may-ay-loh-HAY |
| of the people | הָֽעַמִּים֙ | hāʿammîm | ha-ah-MEEM |
| that | אֲשֶׁר֙ | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| were round about | סְבִיב֣וֹתֵיהֶ֔ם | sĕbîbôtêhem | seh-vee-VOH-tay-HEM |
| themselves bowed and them, | וַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲו֖וּ | wayyišĕttaḥăwû | va-yee-sheh-ta-huh-VOO |
| provoked and them, unto | לָהֶ֑ם | lāhem | la-HEM |
| וַיַּכְעִ֖סוּ | wayyakʿisû | va-yahk-EE-soo | |
| the Lord | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| to anger. | יְהוָֽה׃ | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
