Joshua 8:15
യോശുവയും എല്ലായിസ്രായേലും അവരോടു തോറ്റ ഭാവത്തിൽ മരുഭൂമിവഴിയായി ഓടി.

| beaten were they if as made | יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| before | לִפְנֵיהֶ֑ם | lipnêhem | leef-nay-HEM |
| fled and them, | וַיָּנֻ֖סוּ | wayyānusû | va-ya-NOO-soo |
| by the way | דֶּ֥רֶךְ | derek | DEH-rek |
| of the wilderness. | הַמִּדְבָּֽר׃ | hammidbār | ha-meed-BAHR |
