וַיַּזְעֵ֗ק he va-yahz-AKE וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ caused va-YOH-MER בְּנִֽינְוֵ֔ה it beh-nee-neh-VAY מִטַּ֧עַם to mee-TA-am הַמֶּ֛לֶךְ be ha-MEH-lek וּגְדֹלָ֖יו proclaimed oo-ɡeh-doh-LAV לֵאמֹ֑ר and lay-MORE הָאָדָ֨ם published ha-ah-DAHM וְהַבְּהֵמָ֜ה through veh-ha-beh-hay-MA הַבָּקָ֣ר Nineveh ha-ba-KAHR וְהַצֹּ֗אן by veh-ha-TSONE אַֽל the al יִטְעֲמוּ֙ decree yeet-uh-MOO מְא֔וּמָה of meh-OO-ma אַ֨ל the al יִרְע֔וּ king yeer-OO וּמַ֖יִם and oo-MA-yeem אַל his al יִשְׁתּֽוּ׃ nobles, yeesh-TOO
