John 13 - YLT (Malayalam)

1 And before the feast of the passover, Jesus knowing that his hour hath come, that he may remove out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own who `are' in the world -- to the end he loved them.പെസഹപെരുനാളിന്നു മുമ്പെ താൻ ഈ ലോകം വിട്ടു പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ പോകുവാനുള്ള നാഴിക വന്നു എന്നു യേശു അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടു, ലോകത്തിൽ തനിക്കുള്ളവരെ സ്നേഹിച്ചതുപോലെ അവസാനത്തോളം അവരെ സ്നേഹിച്ചു.

2 And supper being come, the devil already having put `it' into the heart of Judas of Simon, Iscariot, that he may deliver him up,അത്താഴം ആയപ്പോൾ പിശാചു, ശിമോന്റെ മകനായ യൂദാ ഈസ്കർയോത്തവിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ അവനെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുപ്പാൻ തോന്നിച്ചിരുന്നു;

3 Jesus knowing that all things the Father hath given to him -- into `his' hands, and that from God he came forth, and unto God he goeth,പിതാവു സകലവും തന്റെ കയ്യിൽ തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നും താൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽനിന്നു വന്നു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ പോകുന്നു എന്നും യേശു അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കെ

4 doth rise from the supper, and doth lay down his garments, and having taken a towel, he girded himself;അത്താഴത്തിൽ നിന്നു എഴുന്നേറ്റു വസ്ത്രം ഊരിവെച്ചു ഒരു തുവർത്തു എടുത്തു അരയിൽ ചുറ്റി

5 afterward he putteth water into the basin, and began to wash the feet of his disciples, and to wipe with the towel with which he was being girded.ഒരു പാത്രത്തിൽ വെള്ളം പകർന്നു ശിഷ്യന്മാരുടെ കാൽ കഴുകുവാനും അരയിൽ ചുറ്റിയിരുന്ന തുണികൊണ്ടു തുവർത്തുവാനും തുടങ്ങി.

6 He cometh, therefore, unto Simon Peter, and that one saith to him, `Sir, thou -- dost thou wash my feet?'അവൻ ശിമോൻ പത്രൊസിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ അവൻ അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, നീ എന്റെ കാൽ കഴുകുന്നുവോ, എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

7 Jesus answered and said to him, `That which I do thou hast not known now, but thou shalt know after these things;'യേശു അവനോടു: ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്നതു നീ ഇപ്പോൾ അറിയുന്നില്ല; പിന്നെ അറിയും എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

8 Peter saith to him, `Thou mayest not wash my feet -- to the age.' Jesus answered him, `If I may not wash thee, thou hast no part with me;'നീ ഒരുനാളും എന്റെ കാൽ കഴുകുകയില്ല എന്നു പത്രൊസ് പറഞ്ഞു. അതിന്നു യേശു: ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കഴുകാഞ്ഞാൽ നിനക്കു എന്നോടുകൂടെ പങ്കില്ല എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോൾ ശിമോൻ പത്രൊസ്:

9 Simon Peter saith to him, `Sir, not my feet only, but also the hands and the head.'കർത്താവേ, എന്റെ കാൽ മാത്രമല്ല കയ്യും തലയും കൂടെ കഴുകേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

10 Jesus saith to him, `He who hath been bathed hath no need save to wash his feet, but he is clean altogether; and ye are clean, but not all;'യേശു അവനോടു: കുളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവന്നു കാൽ അല്ലാതെ കഴുകുവാൻ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല; അവൻ മുഴുവനും ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവൻ; നിങ്ങൾ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവർ ആകുന്നു; എല്ലാവരും അല്ലതാനും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

11 for he knew him who is delivering him up; because of this he said, `Ye are not all clean.'തന്നെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നവനെ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കകൊണ്ടത്രേ എല്ലാവരും ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരല്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതു.

12 When, therefore, he washed their feet, and took his garments, having reclined (at meat) again, he said to them, `Do ye know what I have done to you?അവൻ അവരുടെ കാൽ കഴുകീട്ടു വസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചു വീണ്ടും ഇരുന്നു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ചെയ്തതു ഇന്നതു എന്നു അറിയുന്നുവോ?

13 ye call me, The Teacher and The Lord, and ye say well, for I am;നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ഗുരുവെന്നും കർത്താവെന്നും വിളിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ ആകകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നതു ശരി.

14 if then I did wash your feet -- the Lord and the Teacher -- ye also ought to wash one another's feet.കർത്താവും ഗുരുവുമായ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ കാൽ കഴുകി എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളും തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ കാൽ കഴുകേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.

15 `For an example I gave to you, that, according as I did to you, ye also may do;ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ചെയ്തതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തം തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

16 verily, verily, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his lord, nor an apostle greater than he who sent him;ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു: ദാസൻ യജമാനനെക്കാൾ വലിയവൻ അല്ല; ദൂതൻ തന്നെ അയച്ചവനെക്കാൾ വലിയവനുമല്ല.

17 if these things ye have known, happy are ye, if ye may do them;ഇതു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ചെയ്താൽ ഭാഗ്യവാന്മാർ.

18 not concerning you all do I speak; I have known whom I chose for myself; but that the Writing may be fulfilled: He who is eating the bread with me, did lift up against me his heel.നിങ്ങളെ എല്ലാവരെയും കുറിച്ചു പറയുന്നില്ല; ഞാൻ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തവരെ ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു; എന്നാൽ “എന്റെ അപ്പം തിന്നുന്നവൻ എന്റെ നേരെ കുതികാൽ ഉയർത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നുള്ള തിരുവെഴുത്തിന്നു നിവൃത്തി വരേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.

19 `From this time I tell you, before its coming to pass, that, when it may come to pass, ye may believe that I am `he';അതു സംഭവിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ തന്നേ മശീഹ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ അതു സംഭവിക്കുംമുമ്പെ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.

20 verily, verily, I say to you, he who is receiving whomsoever I may send, doth receive me; and he who is receiving me, doth receive Him who sent me.'ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു: ഞാൻ അയക്കുന്നവനെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നവൻ എന്നെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നു; എന്നെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നവൻ എന്നെ അയച്ചവനെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.

21 These things having said, Jesus was troubled in the spirit, and did testify, and said, `Verily, verily, I say to you, that one of you will deliver me up;'ഇതു പറഞ്ഞിട്ടു യേശു ഉള്ളം കലങ്ങി: ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു: നിങ്ങളിൽ ഒരുത്തൻ എന്നെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും എന്നു സാക്ഷീകരിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു.

22 the disciples were looking, therefore, one at another, doubting concerning whom he speaketh.ഇതു ആരെക്കുറിച്ചു പറയുന്നു എന്നു ശിഷ്യന്മാർ സംശയിച്ചു തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ നോക്കി.

23 And there was one of his disciples reclining (at meat) in the bosom of Jesus, whom Jesus was loving;ശിഷ്യന്മാരിൽ വെച്ചു യേശു സ്നേഹിച്ച ഒരുത്തൻ യേശുവിന്റെ മാർവ്വിടത്തു ചാരിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

24 Simon Peter, then, doth beckon to this one, to inquire who he may be concerning whom he speaketh,ശിമോൻ പത്രൊസ് അവനോടു ആംഗ്യം കാട്ടി, അവൻ പറഞ്ഞതു ആരെക്കൊണ്ടു എന്നു ചോദിപ്പാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

25 and that one having leant back on the breast of Jesus, respondeth to him, `Sir, who is it?'അവൻ യേശുവിന്റെ നെഞ്ചോടു ചാഞ്ഞു: കർത്താവേ, അതു ആർ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

26 Jesus answereth, `That one it is to whom I, having dipped the morsel, shall give it;' and having dipped the morsel, he giveth `it' to Judas of Simon, Iscariot.ഞാൻ അപ്പഖണ്ഡംമുക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നവൻ തന്നേ എന്നു യേശു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു; ഖണ്ഡം മുക്കി ശിമോൻ ഈസ്കര്യോത്താവിന്റെ മകനായ യൂദെക്കു കൊടുത്തു.

27 And after the morsel, then the Adversary entered into that one, Jesus, therefore, saith to him, `What thou dost -- do quickly;'ഖണ്ഡം വാങ്ങിയ ഉടനെ സാത്താൻ അവനിൽ കടന്നു; യേശു അവനോടു: നീ ചെയ്യുന്നതു വേഗത്തിൽ ചെയ്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

28 and none of those reclining at meat knew for what intent he said this to him,എന്നാൽ ഇതു ഇന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞുവെന്നു പന്തിയിൽ ഇരുന്നവരിൽ ആരും അറിഞ്ഞില്ല.

29 for certain were thinking, since Judas had the bag, that Jesus saith to him, `Buy what we have need of for the feast;' or that he may give something to the poor;പണസ്സഞ്ചി യൂദയുടെ പക്കൽ ആകയാൽ പെരുനാളിന്നു വേണ്ടുന്നതു മേടിപ്പാനോ ദരിദ്രർക്കു വല്ലതും കൊടുപ്പാനോ യേശു അവനോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ചിലർക്കു തോന്നി.

30 having received, therefore, the morsel, that one immediately went forth, and it was night.ഖണ്ഡം വാങ്ങിയ ഉടനെ അവൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റുപോയി, അപ്പോൾ രാത്രി ആയിരുന്നു.

31 When, therefore, he went forth, Jesus saith, `Now was the Son of Man glorified, and God was glorified in him;അവൻ പോയശേഷം യേശു പറഞ്ഞതു: ഇപ്പോൾ മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ മഹത്വപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; ദൈവവും അവനിൽ മഹത്വപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു;

32 if God was glorified in him, God also will glorify him in Himself; yea, immediately He will glorify him.ദൈവം അവനിൽ മഹത്വപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ദൈവം അവനെ തന്നിൽ തന്നേ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തും; ക്ഷണത്തിൽ അവനെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തും.

33 `Little children, yet a little am I with you; ye will seek me, and, according as I said to the Jews -- Whither I go away, ye are not able to come, to you also I do say `it' now.കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളേ, ഞാൻ ഇനി കുറഞ്ഞോന്നു മാത്രം നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കും; നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും; ഞാൻ പോകുന്ന ഇടത്തു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വരുവാൻ കഴികയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ യെഹൂദന്മാരോടു പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ ഇന്നു നിങ്ങളോടും പറയുന്നു.

34 `A new commandment I give to you, that ye love one another; according as I did love you, that ye also love one another;നിങ്ങൾ തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ സ്നേഹിക്കേണം എന്നു പുതിയോരു കല്പന ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ സ്നേഹിച്ചതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളും തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ സ്നേഹിക്കേണം എന്നു തന്നേ.

35 in this shall all know that ye are my disciples, if ye may have love one to another.'നിങ്ങൾക്കു തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ സ്നേഹം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ശീഷ്യന്മാർ എന്നു എല്ലാവരും അറിയും.

36 Simon Peter saith to him, `Sir, whither dost thou go away?' Jesus answered him, `Whither I go away, thou art not able now to follow me, but afterward thou shalt follow me.'ശിമോൻ പത്രൊസ് അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, നീ എവിടെ പോകന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു: ഞാൻ പോകുന്ന ഇടത്തേക്കു നിനക്കു ഇപ്പോൾ എന്നെ അനുഗമിപ്പാൻ കഴികയില്ല; പിന്നെത്തേതിൽ നീ എന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കും എന്നു യേശു അവനോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

37 Peter saith to him, `Sir, wherefore am I not able to follow thee now? my life for thee I will lay down;'പത്രൊസ് അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, ഇപ്പോൾ എനിക്കു നിന്നെ അനുഗമിപ്പാൻ കഴിയാത്തതു എന്തു? ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജീവനെ നിനക്കു വേണ്ടി വെച്ചുകളയും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

38 Jesus answered him, `Thy life for me thou wilt lay down! verily, verily, I say to thee, a cock will not crow till thou mayest deny me thrice.'അതിന്നു യേശു: നിന്റെ ജീവനെ എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി വെച്ചുകളയുമോ? ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു: നീ മൂന്നു പ്രവശ്യം എന്നെ തള്ളിപ്പറയുവോളം കോഴി ക്കുകുകയില്ല എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
