וַיהוָ֞ה Lord vai-VA מִצִּיּ֣וֹן also mee-TSEE-yone יִשְׁאָ֗ג shall yeesh-Aɡ וּמִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ roar oo-mee-roo-sha-la-EEM יִתֵּ֣ן out yee-TANE קוֹל֔וֹ of koh-LOH וְרָעֲשׁ֖וּ Zion, veh-ra-uh-SHOO שָׁמַ֣יִם and sha-MA-yeem וָאָ֑רֶץ utter va-AH-rets וַֽיהוָה֙ his vai-VA מַֽחֲסֶ֣ה voice ma-huh-SEH לְעַמּ֔וֹ from leh-AH-moh וּמָע֖וֹז Jerusalem; oo-ma-OZE לִבְנֵ֥י and leev-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ the yees-ra-ALE
