Jeremiah 9:10
പർവ്വതങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ഞാൻ കരച്ചലും വിലാപവും മരുഭൂമിയിലെ മേച്ചൽപുറങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രലാപവും തുടങ്ങും; ആരും വഴിപോകാതവണ്ണം അവ വെന്തുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു; കന്നുകാലികളുടെ ഒച്ച കേൾക്കുന്നില്ല; ആകാശത്തിലെ പക്ഷികളും മൃഗങ്ങളും എല്ലാം വിട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു;

| so that none | מִבְּלִי | mibbĕlî | mee-beh-LEE |
| אִ֣ישׁ | ʾîš | eesh | |
| can pass through | עֹבֵ֔ר | ʿōbēr | oh-VARE |
| them; neither | וְלֹ֥א | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |

| the voice | ק֣וֹל | qôl | kole |
| of the cattle; | מִקְנֶ֑ה | miqne | meek-NEH |
