Jeremiah 36:16
ആ വചനങ്ങളൊക്കെയും കേട്ടപ്പോൾ അവർ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ നോക്കി, ബാരൂക്കിനോടു: ഈ വചനങ്ങളൊക്കെയും ഞങ്ങൾ രാജാവിനെ അറിയിക്കും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

| both | אִ֣ישׁ | ʾîš | eesh |
| one | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| and other, | רֵעֵ֑הוּ | rēʿēhû | ray-A-hoo |
| and said | וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ֙ | wayyōʾmĕrû | va-yoh-meh-ROO |
| unto | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| Baruch, | בָּר֔וּךְ | bārûk | ba-ROOK |
| surely will We | הַגֵּ֤יד | haggêd | ha-ɡADE |
| tell | נַגִּיד֙ | naggîd | na-ɡEED |
| the king | לַמֶּ֔לֶךְ | lammelek | la-MEH-lek |
| of | אֵ֥ת | ʾēt | ate |
