וְכִי when veh-HEE יִשְׁאָלְךָ֩ this yeesh-ole-HA הָעָ֨ם people, ha-AM הַזֶּ֜ה or ha-ZEH אֽוֹ the oh הַנָּבִ֤יא prophet, ha-na-VEE אֽוֹ or oh כֹהֵן֙ a hoh-HANE לֵאמֹ֔ר priest, lay-MORE מַה shall ma מַשָּׂ֖א ask ma-SA יְהוָ֑ה thee, yeh-VA וְאָמַרְתָּ֤ saying, veh-ah-mahr-TA אֲלֵיהֶם֙ What uh-lay-HEM אֶת is et מַה the ma מַשָּׂ֔א burden ma-SA וְנָטַשְׁתִּ֥י of veh-na-tahsh-TEE אֶתְכֶ֖ם the et-HEM נְאֻם Lord? neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ thou yeh-VA
