לְק֨וֹל he leh-KOLE תִּתּ֜וֹ uttereth TEE-toh הֲמ֥וֹן his huh-MONE מַ֙יִם֙ voice, MA-YEEM בַּשָּׁמַ֔יִם there ba-sha-MA-yeem וַיַּעֲלֶ֥ה is va-ya-uh-LEH נְשִׂאִ֖ים a neh-see-EEM מִקְצֵ֣ה multitude meek-TSAY אָ֑רֶץ of AH-rets בְּרָקִ֤ים waters beh-ra-KEEM לַמָּטָר֙ in la-ma-TAHR עָשָׂ֔ה the ah-SA וַיּ֥וֹצֵא heavens, VA-yoh-tsay ר֖וּחַ and ROO-ak מֵאֹצְרֹתָֽיו׃ he may-oh-tseh-roh-TAIV
