Genesis 9 - YLT (Malayalam)

1 And God blesseth Noah, and his sons, and saith to them, `Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the earth;ദൈവം നോഹയെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു അവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാൽ: നിങ്ങൾ സന്താനപുഷ്ടിയുള്ളവരായി പെരുകി ഭൂമിയിൽ നിറവിൻ.

2 and your fear and your dread is on every beast of the earth, and on every fowl of the heavens, on all that creepeth on the ground, and on all fishes of the sea -- into your hand they have been given.നിങ്ങളെയുള്ള പേടിയും നടുക്കവും ഭൂമിയിലെ സകലമൃഗങ്ങൾക്കും ആകാശത്തിലെ എല്ലാ പറവകൾക്കും സകല ഭൂചരങ്ങൾക്കും സുമദ്രത്തിലെ സകലമത്സ്യങ്ങൾക്കും ഉണ്ടാകും; അവയെ നിങ്ങളുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

3 Every creeping thing that is alive, to you it is for food; as the green herb I have given to you the whole;ഭൂചരജന്തുക്കളൊക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു ആഹാരം ആയിരിക്കട്ടെ; പച്ച സസ്യംപോലെ ഞാൻ സകലവും നിങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

4 only flesh in its life -- its blood -- ye do not eat.പ്രാണനായിരിക്കുന്ന രക്തത്തോടുകൂടെ മാത്രം നിങ്ങൾ മാംസം തിന്നരുതു.

5 `And only your blood for your lives do I require; from the hand of every living thing I require it, and from the hand of man, from the hand of every man's brother I require the life of man;നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാണാനായിരിക്കുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്തത്തിന്നു ഞാൻ പകരം ചോദിക്കും; സകലമൃഗത്തോടും മനുഷ്യനോടും ചോദിക്കും; അവനവന്റെ സഹോദരനോടും ഞാൻ മനുഷ്യന്റെ പ്രാണന്നു പകരം ചോദിക്കും.

6 whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man is his blood shed: for in the image of God hath He made man.ആരെങ്കിലും മനുഷ്യന്റെ രക്തം ചൊരിയിച്ചാൽ അവന്റെ രക്തം മനുഷ്യൻ ചൊരിയിക്കും; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സ്വരൂപത്തിലല്ലോ മനുഷ്യനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതു.

7 And ye, be fruitful and multiply, teem in the earth, and multiply in it.'ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ സന്താനപുഷ്ടിയുള്ളവരായി പെരുകുവിൻ; ഭൂമിയിൽ അനവധിയായി പെറ്റു പെരുകുവിൻ.

8 And God speaketh unto Noah, and unto his sons with him, saying,ദൈവം പിന്നെയും നോഹയോടും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

9 `And I, lo, I am establishing My covenant with you, and with your seed after you,ഞാൻ, ഇതാ, നിങ്ങളോടും നിങ്ങളുടെ സന്തതിയോടും

10 and with every living creature which `is' with you, among fowl, among cattle, and among every beast of the earth with you, from all who are going out of the ark -- to every beast of the earth.ഭൂമിയിൽ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഉള്ള പക്ഷികളും കന്നുകാലികളും കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളുമായ സകല ജീവജന്തുക്കളോടും പെട്ടകത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ട സകലവുമായി ഭൂമിയിലെ സകലമൃഗങ്ങളോടും ഒരു നിയമം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

11 And I have established My covenant with you, and all flesh is not any more cut off by waters of a deluge, and there is not any more a deluge to destroy the earth.'ഇനി സകലജഡവും ജലപ്രളയത്താൽ നശിക്കയില്ല; ഭൂമിയെ നശിപ്പിപ്പാൻ ഇനി ജലപ്രളയം ഉണ്ടാകയുമില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു ഒരു നിയമം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

12 And God saith, `This is a token of the covenant which I am giving between Me and you, and every living creature that `is' with you, to generations age-during;പിന്നെയും ദൈവം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു: ഞാനും നിങ്ങളും നിങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ ഉള്ള സകലജീവജന്തുക്കളും തമ്മിൽ തലമുറതലമുറയോളം സദാകാലത്തേക്കും ചെയ്യുന്ന നിയമത്തിന്റെ അടയാളം ആവിതു:

13 My bow I have given in the cloud, and it hath been for a token of a covenant between Me and the earth;ഞാൻ എന്റെ വില്ലു മേഘത്തിൽ വെക്കുന്നു; അതു ഞാനും ഭൂമിയും തമ്മിലുള്ള നിയമത്തിന്നു അടയാളമായിരിക്കും.

14 and it hath come to pass (in My sending a cloud over the earth) that the bow hath been seen in the cloud,ഞാൻ ഭൂമിയുടെ മീതെ മേഘം വരുത്തുമ്പോൾ മേഘത്തിൽ വില്ലു കാണും.

15 and I have remembered My covenant which is between Me and you, and every living creature among all flesh, and the waters become no more a deluge to destroy all flesh;അപ്പോൾ ഞാനും നിങ്ങളും സർവ്വജഡവുമായ സകലജീവജന്തുക്കളും തമ്മിലുള്ള എന്റെ നിയമം ഞാൻ ഓർക്കും; ഇനി സകല ജഡത്തെയും നശിപ്പിപ്പാൻ വെള്ളം ഒരു പ്രളയമായി തീരുകയുമില്ല.

16 and the bow hath been in the cloud, and I have seen it -- to remember the covenant age-during between God and every living creature among all flesh which `is' on the earth.'വില്ലു മേഘത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകും; ദൈവവും ഭൂമിയിലെ സർവ്വ ജഡവുമായ സകല ജീവികളും തമ്മിൽ എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള നിയമം ഓർക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ അതിനെ നോക്കും.

17 And God saith unto Noah, `This `is' a token of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that `is' upon the earth.'ഞാൻ ഭൂമിയിലുള്ള സർവ്വ ജഡത്തോടും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിയമത്തിന്നു ഇതു അടയാളം എന്നും ദൈവം നോഹയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

18 And the sons of Noah who are going out of the ark are Shem, and Ham, and Japheth; and Ham is father of Canaan.പെട്ടകത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടവരായ നോഹയുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ ശേമും ഹാമും യാഫെത്തും ആയിരുന്നു; ഹാം എന്നവനോ കനാന്റെ പിതാവു.

19 These three `are' sons of Noah, and from these hath all the earth been overspread.ഇവർ മൂവരും നോഹയുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ; അവരെക്കൊണ്ടു ഭൂമി ഒക്കെയും നിറഞ്ഞു.

20 And Noah remaineth a man of the ground, and planteth a vineyard,നോഹ കൃഷിചെയ്‍വാൻ തുടങ്ങി; ഒരു മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം നട്ടുണ്ടാക്കി.

21 and drinketh of the wine, and is drunken, and uncovereth himself in the midst of the tent.അവൻ അതിലെ വീഞ്ഞുകുടിച്ചു ലഹരിപിടിച്ചു തന്റെ കൂടാരത്തിൽ വസ്ത്രം നീങ്ങി കിടന്നു.

22 And Ham, father of Canaan, seeth the nakedness of his father, and declareth to his two brethren without.കനാന്റെ പിതാവായ ഹാം പിതാവിന്റെ നഗ്നത കണ്ടു വെളിയിൽ ചെന്നു തന്റെ രണ്ടു സഹോദരന്മാരെയും അറിയിച്ചു.

23 And Shem taketh -- Japheth also -- the garment, and they place on the shoulder of them both, and go backward, and cover the nakedness of their father; and their faces `are' backward, and their father's nakedness they have not seen.ശേമും യാഫെത്തും ഒരു വസ്ത്രം എടുത്തു, ഇരുവരുടെയും തോളിൽ ഇട്ടു വിമുഖരായി ചെന്നു പിതാവിന്റെ നഗ്നത മറെച്ചു; അവരുടെ മുഖം തിരിഞ്ഞിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ പിതാവിന്റെ നഗ്നത കണ്ടില്ല.

24 And Noah awaketh from his wine, and knoweth that which his young son hath done to him,നോഹ ലഹരിവിട്ടുണർന്നപ്പോൾ തന്റെ ഇളയ മകൻ ചെയ്തതു അറിഞ്ഞു.

25 and saith: `Cursed `is' Canaan, Servant of servants he is to his brethren.'അപ്പോൾ അവൻ: കനാൻ ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടവൻ; അവൻ തന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർക്കു അധമദാസനായ്തീരും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

26 And he saith: `Blessed of Jehovah my God `is' Shem, And Canaan is servant to him.ശേമിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ സ്തുതിക്കപ്പെട്ടവൻ; കനാൻ അവരുടെ ദാസനാകും.

27 God doth give beauty to Japheth, And he dwelleth in tents of Shem, And Canaan is servant to him.'ദൈവം യാഫെത്തിനെ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കട്ടെ; അവൻ ശേമിന്റെ കൂടാരങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കും; കനാൻ അവരുടെ ദാസനാകും എന്നും അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

28 And Noah liveth after the deluge three hundred and fifty years;ജലപ്രളയത്തിന്റെ ശേഷം നോഹ മുന്നൂറ്റമ്പതു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു.

29 and all the days of Noah are nine hundred and fifty years, and he dieth.നോഹയുടെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തമ്പതു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
