Genesis 6:7
ഞാൻ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മനുഷ്യനെ ഭൂമിയിൽ നിന്നു നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; മനുഷ്യനെയും മൃഗത്തെയും ഇഴജാതിയെയും ആകാശത്തിലെ പക്ഷികളെയും തന്നേ; അവയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുകകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അനുതപിക്കുന്നു എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

| created have I | בָּרָ֙אתִי֙ | bārāʾtiy | ba-RA-TEE |
| from | מֵעַל֙ | mēʿal | may-AL |
| the face | פְּנֵ֣י | pĕnê | peh-NAY |
| of the earth; | הָֽאֲדָמָ֔ה | hāʾădāmâ | ha-uh-da-MA |
| both man, | מֵֽאָדָם֙ | mēʾādām | may-ah-DAHM |
| and | עַד | ʿad | ad |
| beast, | בְּהֵמָ֔ה | bĕhēmâ | beh-hay-MA |
| and | עַד | ʿad | ad |
| the creeping thing, | רֶ֖מֶשׂ | remeś | REH-mes |
| and | וְעַד | wĕʿad | veh-AD |
| the fowls | ע֣וֹף | ʿôp | ofe |
| air; the of | הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם | haššāmāyim | ha-sha-MA-yeem |
| for | כִּ֥י | kî | kee |
| it repenteth | נִחַ֖מְתִּי | niḥamtî | nee-HAHM-tee |
| that me | כִּ֥י | kî | kee |
| I have made | עֲשִׂיתִֽם׃ | ʿăśîtim | uh-see-TEEM |
