Genesis 17:16
ഞാൻ അവളെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു അവളിൽനിന്നു നിനക്കു ഒരു മകനെ തരും; ഞാൻ അവളെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കയും അവൾ ജാതികൾക്കു മാതാവായി തീരുകയും ജാതികളുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാർ അവളിൽനിന്നു ഉത്ഭവിക്കയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
| And I will bless | וּבֵֽרַכְתִּ֣י | ûbēraktî | oo-vay-rahk-TEE |
| her, and give | אֹתָ֔הּ | ʾōtāh | oh-TA |
| son a thee | וְגַ֨ם | wĕgam | veh-ɡAHM |
| also | נָתַ֧תִּי | nātattî | na-TA-tee |
| of | מִמֶּ֛נָּה | mimmennâ | mee-MEH-na |
| bless will I yea, her: | לְךָ֖ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| her, and she shall be | בֵּ֑ן | bēn | bane |
| nations; of mother a | וּבֵֽרַכְתִּ֙יהָ֙ | ûbēraktîhā | oo-vay-rahk-TEE-HA |
| kings | וְהָֽיְתָ֣ה | wĕhāyĕtâ | veh-ha-yeh-TA |
| of people | לְגוֹיִ֔ם | lĕgôyim | leh-ɡoh-YEEM |
| shall be | מַלְכֵ֥י | malkê | mahl-HAY |
| of | עַמִּ֖ים | ʿammîm | ah-MEEM |
| her. | מִמֶּ֥נָּה | mimmennâ | mee-MEH-na |
| יִֽהְיֽוּ׃ | yihĕyû | YEE-heh-YOO |
