לָכֵ֗ן thus la-HANE כֹּ֤ה saith koh אָמַר֙ the ah-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֣י Lord uh-doh-NAI יְהוִ֔ה God; yeh-VEE הִנְנִ֨י Behold, heen-NEE נוֹטֶ֤ה out noh-TEH יָדִי֙ stretch ya-DEE עַל will al פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים I peh-leesh-TEEM וְהִכְרַתִּ֖י mine veh-heek-ra-TEE אֶת hand et כְּרֵתִ֑ים upon keh-ray-TEEM וְהַ֣אֲבַדְתִּ֔י the veh-HA-uh-vahd-TEE אֶת Philistines, et שְׁאֵרִ֖ית off sheh-ay-REET ח֥וֹף cut hofe הַיָּֽם׃ will ha-YAHM
