וַיִּבְחַ֨ר Moses va-yeev-HAHR מֹשֶׁ֤ה chose moh-SHEH אַנְשֵׁי able an-SHAY חַ֙יִל֙ men HA-YEEL מִכָּל out mee-KAHL יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of yees-ra-ALE וַיִּתֵּ֥ן all va-yee-TANE אֹתָ֛ם Israel, oh-TAHM רָאשִׁ֖ים and ra-SHEEM עַל made al הָעָ֑ם them ha-AM שָׂרֵ֤י heads sa-RAY אֲלָפִים֙ over uh-la-FEEM שָׂרֵ֣י the sa-RAY מֵא֔וֹת people, may-OTE שָׂרֵ֥י rulers sa-RAY חֲמִשִּׁ֖ים of huh-mee-SHEEM וְשָׂרֵ֥י thousands, veh-sa-RAY עֲשָׂרֹֽת׃ rulers uh-sa-ROTE
