Esther 1:18
ഇന്നു തന്നെ രാജ്ഞിയുടെ പ്രവൃത്തി കേട്ട പാർസ്യയിലെയും മേദ്യയിലെയും പ്രഭുപത്നിമാർ രാജാവിന്റെ സകലപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടും അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ പറയും; ഇങ്ങനെ നിന്ദയും നീരസവും അധികരിക്കും.

| unto all | אֲשֶׁ֤ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| the king's | שָֽׁמְעוּ֙ | šāmĕʿû | sha-meh-OO |
| princes, | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| which | דְּבַ֣ר | dĕbar | deh-VAHR |
| of heard have | הַמַּלְכָּ֔ה | hammalkâ | ha-mahl-KA |
| לְכֹ֖ל | lĕkōl | leh-HOLE | |
| the deed | שָׂרֵ֣י | śārê | sa-RAY |
| queen. the of | הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ | hammelek | ha-MEH-lek |
| much too arise there shall Thus | וּכְדַ֖י | ûkĕday | oo-heh-DAI |
| contempt | בִּזָּי֥וֹן | bizzāyôn | bee-za-YONE |
