അവന്റെ വക ആയിരത്തെഴുനൂറു കുതിരച്ചേവകരെയും ഇരുപതിനായിരം കാലാളുകളെയും ദാവീദ് പിടിച്ചു; രഥകൂതിരകളിൽ നൂറു മാത്രംവെച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു ശേഷം കുതിരകളെ ഒക്കെയും കുതിഞരമ്പു വെട്ടിക്കളഞ്ഞു.
