അപ്പോൾ ശൌൽ എല്ലായിസ്രായേലിൽനിന്നും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരുന്ന മൂവായിരംപേരെ കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു ദാവീദിനെയും അവന്റെ ആളുകളെയും തിരയുവാൻ കാട്ടാട്ടിൻ പാറകളിൽ ചെന്നു.
