Deuteronomy 28:31
നിന്റെ കാളയെ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽവെച്ചു അറുക്കും; എന്നാൽ നീ അതിന്റെ മാംസം തിന്നുകയില്ല. നിന്റെ കഴുതയെ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നു പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോകും; തിരികെ കിട്ടുകയില്ല. നിന്റെ ആടുകൾ ശത്രുക്കൾക്കു കൈവശമാകും; അവയെ വിടുവിപ്പാൻ നിനക്കു ആരും ഉണ്ടാകയില്ല.

| thine ass | חֲמֹֽרְךָ֙ | ḥămōrĕkā | huh-moh-reh-HA |
| away taken violently be shall | גָּז֣וּל | gāzûl | ɡa-ZOOL |
| face, thy before from | מִלְּפָנֶ֔יךָ | millĕpānêkā | mee-leh-fa-NAY-ha |
| and shall not | וְלֹ֥א | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| restored be | יָשׁ֖וּב | yāšûb | ya-SHOOV |
| to thee: thy sheep | לָ֑ךְ | lāk | lahk |
| given be shall | צֹֽאנְךָ֙ | ṣōʾnĕkā | tsoh-neh-HA |
| unto thine enemies, | נְתֻנ֣וֹת | nĕtunôt | neh-too-NOTE |
| none have shalt thou and | לְאֹֽיְבֶ֔יךָ | lĕʾōyĕbêkā | leh-oh-yeh-VAY-ha |
| to rescue | וְאֵ֥ין | wĕʾên | veh-ANE |
| them. | לְךָ֖ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| מוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃ | môšîaʿ | moh-SHEE-ah |
