എന്നാൽ ക്ഷാമം ഏറ്റവും കഠിനമായിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ദേശത്തെങ്ങും ആഹാരമില്ലാതെയായി മിസ്രയീംദേശവും കനാൻ ദേശവും ക്ഷാമംകൊണ്ടു വലഞ്ഞു.
