וַיִּקְרָ֧א God va-yeek-RA אֱלֹהִ֛ים called ay-loh-HEEM לָֽרָקִ֖יעַ the la-ra-KEE-ah שָׁמָ֑יִם firmament sha-MA-yeem וַֽיְהִי Heaven. VA-hee עֶ֥רֶב And EH-rev וַֽיְהִי the VA-hee בֹ֖קֶר evening VOH-ker י֥וֹם and yome שֵׁנִֽי׃ the shay-NEE
