യെരൂശലേമിലും യെഹോശാഫാത്ത് ലേവ്യരിലും പുരോഹിതന്മാരിലും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാരിലും ചിലരെ യഹോവയുടെ ന്യായപാലനത്തിന്നായിട്ടും വ്യവഹാരം തീക്കേണ്ടതിന്നായിട്ടും നിയമിച്ചു;
