ദാവീദ് യഹോവെക്കു പ്രസാദമായുള്ളതു ചെയ്തു; ഹിത്യനായ ഊരീയാവിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ മാത്രമല്ലാതെ അവൻ തന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതിൽ ഒന്നും തന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലത്തൊരിക്കലും വിട്ടുമാറീട്ടില്ല.
