அப்படிக் கொடுப்பதற்கான நிர்வாகம் அவனுக்கு இல்லாவிட்டால், அவன் விற்றது வாங்கினவன் கையிலே யூபிலி வருஷம்மட்டும் இருந்து, யூபிலி வருஷத்திலே அது விடுதலையாகும்; அப்பொழுது அவன் தன் காணியாட்சிக்குத் திரும்பிப்போவான்.
