Zechariah 9
1 ಹದ್ರಾಕಿನ ದೇಶದ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಭಾರವು; ಅದು ದಮಸ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಗುವದು; ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಂತೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಇರುವವು.
2 ಹಮಾತು ಬಹಳ ಜ್ಞಾನವಿರುವ ತೂರ್ ಚೀದೋನ್ ಸಹ ಅದರ ಮೇರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
3 ತೂರ್ ತನಗಾಗಿ ಬಲವಾದ ಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಧೂಳಿನಂತೆಯೂ ಚೊಕ್ಕ ಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನು ಬೀದಿಗಳ ಕೆಸರಿನಂತೆಯೂ ಕೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
4 ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕುವನು; ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವನು; ಅದು ಬೆಂಕಿ ಯಿಂದ ದಹಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು.
5 ಅಷ್ಕಲೋನು ನೋಡಿ ಭಯಪಡುವದು; ಗಾಜ ಸಹ ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ವೇದನೆಪಡುವದು, ಎಕ್ರೋನು ಸಹ; ಅದರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಅದನ್ನು ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಪಡಿಸಿತು; ಗಾಜ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅರಸನು ನಾಶವಾಗುವನು; ಅಷ್ಕೆಲೋನು ನಿವಾಸವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರುವದು.
6 ಅಷ್ಡೋದಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರತ್ವ ದಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನು ವಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ನಾನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡುವೆನು.
7 ಅವನ ರಕ್ತ ವನ್ನು ಅವನ ಬಾಯೊಳಗಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳ ನಡುವೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಾನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವೆನು; ಅವನು ಸಹ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುವನು; ಯೆಹೂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಭುವಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುವನು; ಎಕ್ರೋನು ಯೆಬೂಸಿಯನ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರು ವನು.
8 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾ ಬರುತ್ತಾ ಇರುವವನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಪಾಳೆಯಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಉಪದ್ರ ಕೊಡುವವನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
1 The burden of the word of the Lord in the land of Hadrach, and Damascus shall be the rest thereof: when the eyes of man, as of all the tribes of Israel, shall be toward the Lord.
2 And Hamath also shall border thereby; Tyrus, and Zidon, though it be very wise.
3 And Tyrus did build herself a strong hold, and heaped up silver as the dust, and fine gold as the mire of the streets.
4 Behold, the Lord will cast her out, and he will smite her power in the sea; and she shall be devoured with fire.
5 Ashkelon shall see it, and fear; Gaza also shall see it, and be very sorrowful, and Ekron; for her expectation shall be ashamed; and the king shall perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.
6 And a bastard shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of the Philistines.
7 And I will take away his blood out of his mouth, and his abominations from between his teeth: but he that remaineth, even he, shall be for our God, and he shall be as a governor in Judah, and Ekron as a Jebusite.
8 And I will encamp about mine house because of the army, because of him that passeth by, and because of him that returneth: and no oppressor shall pass through them any more: for now have I seen with mine eyes.

4 ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕುವನು; ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವನು; ಅದು ಬೆಂಕಿ ಯಿಂದ ದಹಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು.
Behold, the Lord will cast her out, and he will smite her power in the sea; and she shall be devoured with fire.
5 ಅಷ್ಕಲೋನು ನೋಡಿ ಭಯಪಡುವದು; ಗಾಜ ಸಹ ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ವೇದನೆಪಡುವದು, ಎಕ್ರೋನು ಸಹ; ಅದರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಅದನ್ನು ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಪಡಿಸಿತು; ಗಾಜ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅರಸನು ನಾಶವಾಗುವನು; ಅಷ್ಕೆಲೋನು ನಿವಾಸವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರುವದು.
Ashkelon shall see it, and fear; Gaza also shall see it, and be very sorrowful, and Ekron; for her expectation shall be ashamed; and the king shall perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.
6 ಅಷ್ಡೋದಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರತ್ವ ದಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನು ವಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ನಾನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡುವೆನು.
And a bastard shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of the Philistines.

8 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾ ಬರುತ್ತಾ ಇರುವವನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಪಾಳೆಯಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಉಪದ್ರ ಕೊಡುವವನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
And I will encamp about mine house because of the army, because of him that passeth by, and because of him that returneth: and no oppressor shall pass through them any more: for now have I seen with mine eyes.
