ಮೋಶೆಯು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನೂ ಬಿಡದೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಭೆಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂದರೆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ರಿಗೂ ಚಿಕ್ಕವರಿಗೂ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಚಯವಿರುವ ಅವರ ಪರಕೀಯರಿಗೂ ಓದಿದನು.
