John 3 - ASV (Kannada)

1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:ಫರಿಸಾಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಯಾದ ನಿಕೊದೇಮನೆಂಬ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ನಿದ್ದನು.

2 the same came unto him by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that thou doest, except God be with him.ಇವನು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ರಬ್ಬಿಯೇ (ಗುರುವು), ನೀನು ದೇವರ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಬೋಧಕನೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ದೇವರು ಒಬ್ಬನ ಕೂಡ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಹೊರತು ನೀನು ಮಾಡುವ ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾರನು ಅಂದನು.

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God.ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ನಿಜನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಒಬ್ಬನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಲಾರನು ಅಂದನು.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born?ನಿಕೊದೇಮನು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಒಬ್ಬನು ಮುದುಕನಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹುಟ್ಟುವದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಗರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಸಾರಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಹುಟ್ಟುವದಾದೀತೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God!ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಿನಗೆ ನಿಜನಿಜ ವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಒಬ್ಬನು ನೀರಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಆತ್ಮ ನಿಂದಲೂ ಹುಟ್ಟದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲಾರನು.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.ಶರೀರದಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಶರೀ ರವೇ; ಆತ್ಮನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಆತ್ಮವೇ.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born anew.ನೀವು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಡಬೇಡ.

8 The wind bloweth where it will, and thou hearest the voice thereof, but knowest not whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.ಗಾಳಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಬಂದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬೀಸುತ್ತದೆ; ನೀನು ಅದರ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತೀ; ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತದೋ ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗು ತ್ತದೋ ಹೇಳಲಾರಿ; ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಆತ್ಮನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದನು.

9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಕೊ ದೇಮನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಇವುಗಳು ಹೇಗಾದಾವು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ

10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou the teacher of Israel, and understandest not these things?ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರ ವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಕನಾಗಿ ರುವ ನಿನಗೆ ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ತಿಳಿಯುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that which we know, and bear witness of that which we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ನಿಜನಿಜ ವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನಾವು ಅರಿತಿರುವದನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೋಡಿ ದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಯನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

12 If I told you earthly things and ye believe not, how shall ye believe if I tell you heavenly things?ನಾನು ಭೂಲೋಕ ದವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ನೀವು ನಂಬುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಪರಲೋಕದವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ ನಂಬೀರಿ?

13 And no one hath ascended into heaven, but he that descended out of heaven, `even' the Son of man, who is in heaven.ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಇಳಿದು ಬಂದಾತನೇ ಅಂದರೆ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕುಮಾರನೇ ಹೊರತು ಯಾವನೂ ಪರಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಹೋದವನಲ್ಲ.

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up;ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಪವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕುಮಾರನು ಸಹ ಎತ್ತಲ್ಪಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

15 that whosoever believeth may in him have eternal life.ಹೀಗೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ನಂಬುವ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನಾಶವಾಗದೆ ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವ ವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುವನು.

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.ದೇವರು ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು; ಆತನನ್ನು ನಂಬುವ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನಾಶವಾಗದೆ ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವ ವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದವನಾಗಿರುವನು.

17 For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him.ದೇವರು ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ತನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.

18 He that believeth on him is not judged: he that believeth not hath been judged already, because he hath not believed on the name of the only begotten Son of God.ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಡುವವನಿಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಆಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಡದವನಿಗೆ ಆಗಲೇ ತೀರ್ಪಾಯಿತು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನು ದೇವರ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಮಗನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

19 And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil.ಆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಏನಂದರೆ, ಬೆಳಕು ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಕೆಟ್ಟವುಗಳಾ ಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಬೆಳಕಿಗಿಂತ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, lest his works should be reproved.ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಖಂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾವೆಂದು ಬೆಳಕನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

21 But he that doeth the truth cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, that they have been wrought in God.ಆದರೆ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ದೇವರಿಂದ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವುಗಳೆಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗು ವಂತೆ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

22 After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.ಇವುಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೇಸುವೂ ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರೂ ಯೂದಾಯ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದು ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.

23 And John also was baptizing in Enon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಸಹ ಸಲೀಮಿನ ಸವಿಾಪ ದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಐನೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ನೀರು ಇತ್ತು; ಅವರು (ಜನರು) ಬಂದು ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

24 For John was not yet cast into prison.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಅದುವರೆಗೆ ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

25 There arose therefore a questioning on the part of John's disciples with a Jew about purifying.ತರುವಾಯ ಯೋಹಾನನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರಿಗೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಣದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ವಿವಾದ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು.

26 And they came unto John, and said to him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond the Jordan, to whom thou hast borne witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him.ಅವರು ಯೋಹಾನನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅವ ನಿಗೆ--ಗುರುವೇ, ಇಗೋ, ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಆಚೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬಾತನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಾ; ಆತನೂ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂದರು.

27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it have been given him from heaven.ಯೋಹಾನನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಪರಲೋಕ ದಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಡದ ಹೊರತು ಅವನು ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಲಾರನು.

28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but, that I am sent before him.ನಾನು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಆತನ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವನೆಂದು ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವೇ ನನಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳಾ ಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.

29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, that standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is made full.ಮದಲಗಿತ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವನೇ ಮದಲಿಂಗನು; ಆದರೆ ಮದಲಿಂಗನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನು ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು ಆತನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಮದಲಿಂಗನ ಧ್ವನಿಗೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದಕಾರಣ ಈ ನನ್ನ ಸಂತೋಷವು ನೆರವೇರಿತು.

30 He must increase, but I must decrease.ಆತನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲ್ಪ ಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು; ನಾನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಲ್ಪಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

31 He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is of the earth, and of the earth he speaketh: he that cometh from heaven is above all.ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಬರುವಾತನು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ; ಯಾವನು ಭೂಸಂಬಂಧವಾದವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೋ ಅವನು ಭೂ ಸಂಬಂಧದವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಭೂಸಂಬಂಧವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಬರುವಾತನು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.

32 What he hath seen and heard, of that he beareth witness; and no man receiveth his witness.ಆತನು ಯಾವದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಕೇಳಿದನೋ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ಆತನ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವನೂ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

33 He that hath received his witness hath set his seal to `this', that God is true.ಆತನ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದವನು ದೇವರು ಸತ್ಯವಂತನೆಂಬದಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಮುದ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for he giveth not the Spirit by measure.ದೇವರು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದಾತನು ದೇವರ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನೇ ಆಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ದೇವರು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮನನ್ನು ಅಳತೆ ಮಾಡದೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.ತಂದೆಯು ಮಗನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆತನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

36 He that believeth on the Son hath eternal life; but he that obeyeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.ಮಗನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಡುವವನಿಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವ ಉಂಟು; ಯಾವನು ಮಗನನ್ನು ನಂಬುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಅವನು ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ದೇವರ ಕೋಪವು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಅಂದನು.
