Genesis 47:6
ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶವು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇದೆ. ದೇಶದ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೂ ಸಹೋದರರೂ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡು. ಗೋಷೆನ್ ಸೀಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ವಾಸವಾ ಗಿರಲಿ. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯುಳ್ಳವರು ಇದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಮಗಿರುವ ಮಂದೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಚಾರಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇರಿಸು ಅಂದನು.

ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 47:4
ಅವರು ಫರೋಹನಿಗೆ--ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕಾನಾನ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಷಾಮವು ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸರ ಮಂದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹುಲ್ಲುಗಾವಲು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸರು ಗೋಷೆನ್ ಸೀಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವವರಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂದರು.

ನೀನು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಯಾರಾರನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀಯೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆತನು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.

ಅವನು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುರುಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ಅನೇಕ ಬಾವಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೋಡಿಸಿ ದನು; ತಗ್ಗಿನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬೈಲು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಹು ಕುರಿದನಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಪರ್ವತ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕರ್ಮೆಲಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿ ಗರೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯದವರೂ ಇದ್ದರು. ಅವನು ವ್ಯವಸಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟವುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.

ಶಾರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಯಿಸುವ ದನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಶಾರೋನಿನವನಾದ ಶಿಟ್ರೈ ಇದ್ದನು; ತಗ್ಗುಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದ್ಲೈಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಶಾಫಾಟನು ಇದ್ದನು.

ಆದರೆ ಸೌಲನ ಸೇವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಎದೋಮ್ಯನಾದ ದೋಯೇಗ ನೆಂಬ ಹೆಸರುಳ್ಳ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಆ ದಿವಸ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ತಡೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದನು. ಅವನು ಸೌಲನ ಹಿಂಡು ಕಾಯುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
ವಿಮೋಚನಕಾಂಡ 9:21
ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಕೊಡದವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದಾಸ ರನ್ನೂ ಪಶುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
ವಿಮೋಚನಕಾಂಡ 9:10
ಆಗ ಅವರು ಒಲೆಯ ಬೂದಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಫರೋಹನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತರು. ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅದನ್ನು ಆಕಾಶದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತೂರಿದನು. ಅದು ಮನುಷ್ಯ ರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪಶುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹರಡಿ ಹುಣ್ಣುಗಳಾಗು ವಂಥ ಬೊಕ್ಕೆಗಳಾದವು.
ವಿಮೋಚನಕಾಂಡ 9:3
ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನ ಕೈ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಶುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವದು. ಕುದುರೆ ಕತ್ತೆ ಒಂಟೆ ಎತ್ತು ಕುರಿ ಇವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಹಾ ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ರೋಗವು ಬರುವದು.

ಆಗ ಯೋಸೇಫ ನು--ನಿಮ್ಮ ದನಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬನ್ನಿರಿ, ಹಣ ತೀರಿದ್ದೇಯಾದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದನಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ (ಧಾನ್ಯವನ್ನು) ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.

ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯವರನ್ನೂ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ. ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ಈ ದೇಶದ ಸಾರವನ್ನು ಊಟಮಾಡುವಿರಿ.
ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 34:10
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ವಾಸಮಾಡಿರಿ; ದೇಶವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಇದೆ. ನೀವು ವಾಸಿಸಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಮಾಡಿ ಅದರಿಂದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

ಅಬೀಮೆಲೆಕನು--ಇಗೋ, ನನ್ನ ದೇಶವು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇದೆ; ನಿನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡು ಅಂದನು.

ಭೂಮಿ ಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇರುತ್ತದಲ್ಲವೋ? ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗು; ನೀನು ಎಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಾನು ಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವೆನು; ನೀನು ಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಾನು ಎಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
