ದುಷ್ಟರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಮೂರ್ಖರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊಟ್ಟೇಕಿಚ್ಚು ಪಟ್ಟೆನು.
