Proverbs 6 - BBE (Kannada)

1 My son, if you have made yourself responsible for your neighbour, or given your word for another,ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನಿಗಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಹೊಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಪರನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಒಡ್ಡಿದ್ದರೆ

2 You are taken as in a net by the words of your mouth, the sayings of your lips have overcome you.ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ನೀನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ. ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ನೀನು ಹಿಡಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.

3 Do this, my son, and make yourself free, because you have come into the power of your neighbour; go without waiting, and make a strong request to your neighbour.ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಾಗ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡು. ಹೋಗಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನೀನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನಿಗೆ ಹೊಣೆಯಾಗು.

4 Give no sleep to your eyes, or rest to them;ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿದ್ರೆಯನ್ನೂ ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತೂಕಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡಬೇಡ.

5 Make yourself free, like the roe from the hand of the archer, and the bird from him who puts a net for her.ಬೇಟೆ ಗಾರನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಜಿಂಕೆಯೂ ಪಕ್ಷಿಯೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವಂತೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೋ.

6 Go to the ant, you hater of work; give thought to her ways and be wise:ಸೋಮಾರಿಯೇ, ನೀನು ಇರುವೆಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದರ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವಂತನಾಗಿರು.

7 Having no chief, overseer, or ruler,ನಾಯಕನಾಗಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕನಾ ಗಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದರೂ

8 She gets her meat in the summer, storing up food at the time of the grain-cutting.ಬೇಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ತನ್ನ ಅಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು.

9 How long will you be sleeping, O hater of work? when will you get up from your sleep?ಓ ಸೋಮಾರಿಯೇ, ಎಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತು ನೀನು ನಿದ್ರೆಮಾಡುವದು? ನಿನ್ನ ನಿದ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾವಾ ಗ ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿ?

10 A little sleep, a little rest, a little folding of the hands in sleep:ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ನಿದ್ರೆ, ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತೂಕಡಿಕೆ, ನಿದ್ರೆಗಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕೈ ಮುದುರಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿ?

11 Then loss will come on you like an outlaw, and your need like an armed manಹೀಗೆ ದಾರಿದ್ರ್ಯವು ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡು ವವನ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೊರತೆಯು ಯುದ್ಧಸ್ಥರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬರುವದು.

12 A good-for-nothing man is an evil-doer; he goes on his way causing trouble with false words;ದುಷ್ಟನೂ ಕೆಡುಕನೂ ವಕ್ರಬಾಯಿಂದ ನಡೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

13 Making signs with his eyes, rubbing with his feet, and giving news with his fingers;ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಂದ ಸನ್ನೆಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಕಾಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಾ ತನ್ನ ಬೆರಳುಗಳಿಂದ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

14 His mind is ever designing evil: he lets loose violent acts.ಅವನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರ್ಖ ತನವಿದೆ. ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಅವನು ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸು ತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನು ವೈಷಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತುತ್ತಾನೆ.

15 For this cause his downfall will be sudden; quickly he will be broken, and there will be no help for him.ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ಅವನಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ವಿಪತ್ತು ಬರುವದು; ತಕ್ಷ ಣವೇ ಯಾವ ಪರಿಹಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಮುರಿಯಲ್ಪ ಡುವನು.

16 Six things are hated by the Lord; seven things are disgusting to him:ಈ ಆರು ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಹೌದು, ಏಳು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ; ಯಾವವಂದರೆ:

17 Eyes of pride, a false tongue, hands which take life without cause;ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ, ಸುಳ್ಳಾ ಡುವ ನಾಲಿಗೆ, ನಿರ್ದೋಷ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸುವ ಕೈಗಳು,

18 A heart full of evil designs, feet which are quick in running after sin;ದುಷ್ಟ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಹೃದಯ, ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ಓಡಾಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ತ್ವರೆಪಡುವ ಕಾಲುಗಳು,

19 A false witness, breathing out untrue words, and one who lets loose violent acts among brothers.ಅಸತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡುವ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹೋ ದರರಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಷಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತುವವನು.

20 My son, keep the rule of your father, and have in memory the teaching of your mother:ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳು, ತಾಯಿಯ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಡ.

21 Keep them ever folded in your heart, and have them hanging round your neck.ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂಧಿಸು. ನಿನ್ನ ಕಂಠಕ್ಕೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೋ.

22 In your walking, it will be your guide; when you are sleeping, it will keep watch over you; when you are awake, it will have talk with you.ನೀನು ಹೋಗು ವಾಗ ಅದು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡಿಸುವದು; ಮಲಗುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವದು; ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಂಡಾಗ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡುವದು.

23 For the rule is a light, and the teaching a shining light; and the guiding words of training are the way of life.ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ದೀಪವಾಗಿದೆ, ಕಟ್ಟ ಳೆಯು ಬೆಳಕಾಗಿದೆ; ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಗದರಿಕೆಗಳು ಜೀವದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿವೆ.

24 They will keep you from the evil woman, from the smooth tongue of the strange woman.ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೆಂಗಸಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಪರ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯ ಮುಖಸ್ತುತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವವು.

25 Let not your heart's desire go after her fair body; let not her eyes take you prisoner.ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮೋಹಿಸಬೇಡ; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವಳ ಕಣ್ಣುರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅವಳು ವಶಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಇರಲಿ.

26 For a loose woman is looking for a cake of bread, but another man's wife goes after one's very life.ಒಬ್ಬ ವೇಶ್ಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ತುಂಡಿಗೆ ಈಡಾಗುವನು; ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಿಣಿಯು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಬೇಟೆಯಾಡುವಳು.

27 May a man take fire to his breast without burning his clothing?ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಸುಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

28 Or may one go on lighted coals, and his feet not be burned?ಒಬ್ಬನು ಧಗಧಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಂಡಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದರೆ ಅವನ ಪಾದಗಳು ಸುಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

29 So it is with him who goes in to his neighbour's wife; he who has anything to do with her will not go free from punishment.ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡುವವನು ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಇರುವನು; ಅವಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವ ಯಾವನೂ ನಿರಪ ರಾಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರನು.

30 Men do not have a low opinion of a thief who takes food when he is in need of it:ಹಸಿದಾಗ ಕಳ್ಳನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳವು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಜನರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೀಯಾಳಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

31 But if he is taken in the act he will have to give back seven times as much, giving up all his property which is in his house.ಅವನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಏಳರಷ್ಟು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವನು; ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನು ಕೊಡುವನು.

32 He who takes another man's wife is without all sense: he who does it is the cause of destruction to his soul.ಒಬ್ಬ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವವನು ವಿವೇಕವಿಲ್ಲದವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನೇ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

33 Wounds will be his and loss of honour, and his shame may not be washed away.ಅವ ನಿಗೆ ಗಾಯವೂ ಅವಮಾನವೂ ಆಗುವವು; ಅವನ ನಿಂದೆಯು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಅಳಿಸಲ್ಪಡದು.

34 For bitter is the wrath of an angry husband; in the day of punishment he will have no mercy.ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಕ್ರೋಧವು ಮತ್ಸರವಾಗಿದೆ; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತೀರಿಸುವ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಕ್ಷಮೆತೋರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

35 He will not take any payment; and he will not make peace with you though your money offerings are increased.ಅವನು ಯಾವ ಈಡನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಇದ ಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀನು ಎಷ್ಟು ಲಂಚಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಅವನು ಒಪ್ಪುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
