Proverbs 1 - YLT (Kannada)

1 Proverbs of Solomon, son of David, king of Israel:ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಅರಸನೂ ದಾವೀದನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಸಾಮ ತಿಗಳು.

2 For knowing wisdom and instruction, For understanding sayings of intelligence,ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೂ ವಿವೇಕದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ

3 For receiving the instruction of wisdom, Righteousness, judgment, and uprightness,ಜ್ಞಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ನೀತಿ ಇವುಗಳ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವದಕ್ಕೂ

4 For giving to simple ones -- prudence, To a youth -- knowledge and discretion.ಇವು ಮೂಢರಿಗೆ ಜಾಣತನ ವನ್ನೂ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನಿಗೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ವಿವೇಕ ವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡುವವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.

5 (The wise doth hear and increaseth learning, And the intelligent doth obtain counsels.)ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು ಕೇಳಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

6 For understanding a proverb and its sweetness, Words of the wise and their acute sayings.ಸಾಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಗೂಢವಾದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಇವು ಮಾಡುವವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.

7 Fear of Jehovah `is' a beginning of knowledge, Wisdom and instruction fools have despised!ಕರ್ತನ ಭಯವೇ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲ; ಮೂರ್ಖರು ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನೂ ಅಸಡ್ಡೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

8 Hear, my son, the instruction of thy father, And leave not the law of thy mother,ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಕೇಳು, ನಿನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯಬೇಡ;

9 For a graceful wreath `are' they to thy head, And chains to thy neck.ಅವು ನಿನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೆ ಕೃಪೆಯ ಆಭರಣವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೊರಳಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಸರಗಳಂತೆಯೂ ಇರುವವು.

10 My son, if sinners entice thee be not willing.ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ಪಾಪಿ ಗಳು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಿದರೆ ನೀನು ಒಪ್ಪಬೇಡ.

11 If they say, `Come with us, we lay wait for blood, We watch secretly for the innocent without cause,ಅವರು--ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಾ, ರಕ್ತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೊಂಚು ಹಾಕೋಣ, ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿಷ್ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ.

12 We swallow them as Sheol -- alive, And whole -- as those going down `to' the pit,ಗುಂಡಿಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವವರನ್ನು ನುಂಗುವಂತೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಿಯಂತೆ ನುಂಗಿಬಿಡೋಣ.

13 Every precious substance we find, We fill our houses `with' spoil,ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕಂಡು ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ.

14 Thy lot thou dost cast among us, One purse is -- to all of us.'ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚೀಟನ್ನು ಹಾಕು, ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಹಣದ ಚೀಲ ಇರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

15 My son! go not in the way with them, Withhold thy foot from their path,ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಡ; ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೆ ತಕ್ಕೋ.

16 For their feet to evil do run, And they haste to shed blood.ಅವರ ಪಾದಗಳು ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ಓಡುತ್ತವೆ, ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತುರ ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.

17 Surely in vain is the net spread out before the eyes of any bird.ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷಿಯ ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರಿಗೆ ಬಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹರಡುವದು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವೇ.

18 And they for their own blood lay wait, They watch secretly for their own lives.ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ರಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂಚುಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ; ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳಿಗೆ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

19 So `are' the paths of every gainer of dishonest gain, The life of its owners it taketh.ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ದುರ್ಲಾಭಾ ಪೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು ಹೀಗಿವೆ.

20 Wisdom in an out-place crieth aloud, In broad places she giveth forth her voice,ಹೊರಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವೆಂಬಾಕೆಯು ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಧ್ವನಿಗೈಯುತ್ತಾಳೆ.

21 At the head of the multitudes she calleth, In the openings of the gates, In the city her sayings she saith:ಸಮೂಹದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ದ್ವಾರಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವಳು ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾ--

22 `Till when, ye simple, do ye love simplicity? And have scorners their scorning desired? And do fools hate knowledge?ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೀನರೇ, ನೀವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಅಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವಿರಿ? ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸು ವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟುಕಾಲ ಆನಂದಿಸುವರು? ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೀನರು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುವರು?

23 Turn back at my reproof, lo, I pour forth to you my spirit, I make known my words with you.ನನ್ನ ಗದರಿಕೆಗೆ ನೀವು ತಿರುಗಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಇಗೋ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳು ತಿಳಿಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.

24 Because I have called, and ye refuse, I stretched out my hand, and none is attending,ನಾನು ಕರೆದಾಗ ನೀವು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚಿದಾಗ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಗಮನಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ

25 And ye slight all my counsel, And my reproof ye have not desired.ನನ್ನ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸದೆ ನನ್ನ ಗದರಿಕೆ ಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ತಳ್ಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ

26 I also in your calamity do laugh, I deride when your fear cometh,ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಪತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೆದರಿಕೆ ಬರುವಾಗ

27 When your fear cometh as destruction, And your calamity as a hurricane doth come, When on you come adversity and distress.ನಿಮ್ಮ ಭಯವು ತೀವ್ರ ದುಃಖದಂತೆಯೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಶನವು ತುಫಾನಿನಂತೆಯೂ ಬರುವಾಗ ಅಪಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಪತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ನಾನು ಸಹ ನಕ್ಕು ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಮಾಡುವೆನು.

28 Then they call me, and I do not answer, They seek me earnestly, and find me not.ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುವರು, ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡೆನು. ಅವರು ಆತುರದಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹುಡು ಕಿದರೂ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

29 Because that they have hated knowledge, And the fear of Jehovah have not chosen.ಅವರು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಯನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಭಯವನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊ ಳ್ಳದೆ ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದಲೂ

30 They have not consented to my counsel, They have despised all my reproof,ನನ್ನ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಗದರಿಕೆಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ

31 And they eat of the fruit of their way, And from their own counsels they are filled.ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ನಡತೆಯ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

32 For the turning of the simple slayeth them, And the security of the foolish destroyeth them.ಅಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಗಳ ವಿಮುಖವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವದು, ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೀನರ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವದು.

33 And whoso is hearkening to me dwelleth confidently, And `is' quiet from fear of evil!'ನನಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುವವನಾದರೋ ಜೀವಿಸಿ ಯಾವ ಕೇಡಿನ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವನು.
