Proverbs 1 - ASV (Kannada)

1 The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel:ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಅರಸನೂ ದಾವೀದನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಸಾಮ ತಿಗಳು.

2 To know wisdom and instruction; To discern the words of understanding;ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೂ ವಿವೇಕದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ

3 To receive instruction in wise dealing, In righteousness and justice and equity;ಜ್ಞಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ನೀತಿ ಇವುಗಳ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವದಕ್ಕೂ

4 To give prudence to the simple, To the young man knowledge and discretion:ಇವು ಮೂಢರಿಗೆ ಜಾಣತನ ವನ್ನೂ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನಿಗೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ವಿವೇಕ ವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡುವವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.

5 That the wise man may hear, and increase in learning; And that the man of understanding may attain unto sound counsels:ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು ಕೇಳಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

6 To understand a proverb, and a figure, The words of the wise, and their dark sayings.ಸಾಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಗೂಢವಾದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಇವು ಮಾಡುವವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.

7 The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of knowledge; `But' the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.ಕರ್ತನ ಭಯವೇ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲ; ಮೂರ್ಖರು ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನೂ ಅಸಡ್ಡೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

8 My son, hear the instruction of thy father, And forsake not the law of thy mother:ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಕೇಳು, ನಿನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯಬೇಡ;

9 For they shall be a chaplet of grace unto thy head, And chains about thy neck.ಅವು ನಿನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೆ ಕೃಪೆಯ ಆಭರಣವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೊರಳಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಸರಗಳಂತೆಯೂ ಇರುವವು.

10 My son, if sinners entice thee, Consent thou not.ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ಪಾಪಿ ಗಳು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಿದರೆ ನೀನು ಒಪ್ಪಬೇಡ.

11 If they say, Come with us, Let us lay wait for blood; Let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause;ಅವರು--ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಾ, ರಕ್ತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೊಂಚು ಹಾಕೋಣ, ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿಷ್ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ.

12 Let us swallow them up alive as Sheol, And whole, as those that go down into the pit;ಗುಂಡಿಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವವರನ್ನು ನುಂಗುವಂತೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಿಯಂತೆ ನುಂಗಿಬಿಡೋಣ.

13 We shall find all precious substance; We shall fill our houses with spoil;ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕಂಡು ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ.

14 Thou shalt cast thy lot among us; We will all have one purse:ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚೀಟನ್ನು ಹಾಕು, ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಹಣದ ಚೀಲ ಇರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

15 My son, walk not thou in the way with them; Refrain thy foot from their path:ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಡ; ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೆ ತಕ್ಕೋ.

16 For their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed blood.ಅವರ ಪಾದಗಳು ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ಓಡುತ್ತವೆ, ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತುರ ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.

17 For in vain is the net spread In the sight of any bird:ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷಿಯ ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರಿಗೆ ಬಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹರಡುವದು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವೇ.

18 And these lay wait for their own blood; They lurk privily for their own lives.ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ರಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂಚುಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ; ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳಿಗೆ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

19 So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; It taketh away the life of the owners thereof.ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ದುರ್ಲಾಭಾ ಪೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು ಹೀಗಿವೆ.

20 Wisdom crieth aloud in the street; She uttereth her voice in the broad places;ಹೊರಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವೆಂಬಾಕೆಯು ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಧ್ವನಿಗೈಯುತ್ತಾಳೆ.

21 She crieth in the chief place of concourse; At the entrance of the gates, In the city, she uttereth her words:ಸಮೂಹದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ದ್ವಾರಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವಳು ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾ--

22 How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? And scoffers delight them in scoffing, And fools hate knowledge?ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೀನರೇ, ನೀವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಅಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವಿರಿ? ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸು ವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟುಕಾಲ ಆನಂದಿಸುವರು? ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೀನರು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುವರು?

23 Turn you at my reproof: Behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you; I will make known my words unto you.ನನ್ನ ಗದರಿಕೆಗೆ ನೀವು ತಿರುಗಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಇಗೋ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳು ತಿಳಿಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.

24 Because I have called, and ye have refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man hath regarded;ನಾನು ಕರೆದಾಗ ನೀವು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚಿದಾಗ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಗಮನಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ

25 But ye have set at nought all my counsel, And would none of my reproof:ನನ್ನ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸದೆ ನನ್ನ ಗದರಿಕೆ ಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ತಳ್ಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ

26 I also will laugh in `the day of' your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಪತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೆದರಿಕೆ ಬರುವಾಗ

27 When your fear cometh as a storm, And your calamity cometh on as a whirlwind; When distress and anguish come upon you.ನಿಮ್ಮ ಭಯವು ತೀವ್ರ ದುಃಖದಂತೆಯೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಶನವು ತುಫಾನಿನಂತೆಯೂ ಬರುವಾಗ ಅಪಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಪತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ನಾನು ಸಹ ನಕ್ಕು ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಮಾಡುವೆನು.

28 Then will they call upon me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently, but they shall not find me:ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುವರು, ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡೆನು. ಅವರು ಆತುರದಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹುಡು ಕಿದರೂ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

29 For that they hated knowledge, And did not choose the fear of Jehovah:ಅವರು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಯನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಭಯವನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊ ಳ್ಳದೆ ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದಲೂ

30 They would none of my counsel; They despised all my reproof.ನನ್ನ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಗದರಿಕೆಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ

31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, And be filled with their own devices.ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ನಡತೆಯ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

32 For the backsliding of the simple shall slay them, And the careless ease of fools shall destroy them.ಅಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಗಳ ವಿಮುಖವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವದು, ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೀನರ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವದು.

33 But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell securely, And shall be quiet without fear of evil.ನನಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುವವನಾದರೋ ಜೀವಿಸಿ ಯಾವ ಕೇಡಿನ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವನು.
