ಆದಕಾರಣ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಡುವ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ರನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿರಿ.
