Deuteronomy 34:8
ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿವಸ ಅತ್ತರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮೋಶೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾದ ಗೋಳಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳುವ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಮುಗಿದವು.

ಯೆಶಾಯ 57:1
ನೀತಿವಂತನು ನಾಶವಾಗುವನು, ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ತಾರನು. ಕರುಣೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲ್ಪಡುವರು, ನೀತಿವಂತನು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುವ ಕೇಡಿನಿಂದ ಪಾರಾಗು ತ್ತಾನೆಂಬದನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಯೋಚಿಸರು.
