ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತಿರುವ ಅರಸನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಸಕಲ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನು ಚದರಿಸುವನು.
