Numbers 30 - WBT (Kannada)

1 And Moses told the children of Israel according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಯಜಮಾನರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ -- ಕರ್ತನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ,

2 And Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.ಒಬ್ಬನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಾಧಿಸುವ ಆಣೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಬಾರದು, ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

3 If a man shall vow a vow to the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಕನ್ಯಾ ವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ

4 If a woman also shall vow a vow to the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father's house in her youth;ಅವಳ ತಂದೆ ಅವಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನೂ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂಧಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೌನವಾಗಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಂಧನವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ನಿಲ್ಲುವವು.

5 And her father shall hear her vow, and her bond with which she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she hath bound her soul shall stand.ಆದರೆ ಅವಳ ತಂದೆ ಕೇಳಿದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳನ್ನು ತಡೆದರೆ ಅವಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳೂ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಂಧನಗಳೂ ನಿಲ್ಲವು; ಅವಳ ತಂದೆ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ತಡೆದ ಕಾರಣ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸುವನು.

6 But if her father shall disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows or of her bonds with which she hath bound her soul shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.ಆದರೆ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಗಂಡನಿರುವ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿ ಸುವ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಮಾತು ಇದ್ದರೆ

7 And if she had a husband when she vowed, or uttered aught from her lips, with which she bound her soul;ಅವಳ ಗಂಡನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ, ಕೇಳಿದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳೂ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂಧಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದೂ ನಿಲ್ಲುವವು.

8 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds with which she bound her soul shall stand.ಆದರೆ ಅವಳ ಗಂಡನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳನ್ನು ತಡೆದು ಅವಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವ ಅವಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಳು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಮಾತನ್ನೂ ನಿರರ್ಥಕ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸುವನು.

9 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make of no effect her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, with which she bound her soul: and the LORD shall forgive her.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿಧವೆಯಾದರೂ ಪರಿತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವಳಾದರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಲ್ಲುವದು.

10 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, with which they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಗಂಡನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಆಣೆಯಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದರೆ

11 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;ಅವಳ ಗಂಡನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೌನವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅವಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳೂ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಬಂಧನಗಳೂ ನಿಲ್ಲುವವು.

12 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she bound her soul shall stand.ಆದರೆ ಅವಳ ಗಂಡನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲೇ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿರರ್ಥಕಮಾಡಿದ ಪಕ್ಷ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಅವಳ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಅವಳ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರಟದ್ದು ಯಾವದಾಗಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲದು, ಅವಳ ಗಂಡನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರರ್ಥಕಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಕರ್ತನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸುವನು.

13 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಕುಂದಿಸುವ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಣೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವಳ ಗಂಡನು ಸಾರ್ಥಕಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನಿರರ್ಥಕ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.

14 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.ಆದರೆ ಅವಳ ಗಂಡನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ದಿನದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ಅವಳ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವಳ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವನು ಕೇಳಿದ ದಿವಸ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

15 But if her husband altogether holds his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಕೇಳಿದ ತರುವಾಯ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗಾದರೂ ನಿರರ್ಥಕ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅವಳ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹೊರಬೇಕು.

16 But if he shall any way make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.ಪತಿಪತ್ನಿಯರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತಂದೆಯೂ ತಂದೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ಯಾವಸ್ತೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಮಗಳೂ ಇವರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳು ಇವೇ.

17 These are the statutes which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father's house.
