1 Now these are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that Jehovah spake with Moses in mount Sinai.1 ಕರ್ತನು ಸೀನಾಯಿ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋನನ ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂತತಿಗಳು ಇವೇ:

2 And these are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab the first-born, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.ಆರೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಇವೇ; ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಮಗನು ನಾದಾಬನು, ತರುವಾಯ ಅಬೀಹೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾರನು, ಈತಾಮಾರನು.

3 These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests that were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office.ಅಭಿಷೇ ಕಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಯಾಜಕರಾದ ಆರೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹೆಸರು ಗಳು ಇವೇ; ಇವರನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕೋದ್ಯೋಗ ಮಾಡುವ ದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಮಾಡಿದನು.

4 And Nadab and Abihu died before Jehovah, when they offered strange fire before Jehovah, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children; and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priest's office in the presence of Aaron their father.ನಾದಾಬನೂ ಅಬೀಹೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ಸೀನಾಯಿ ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸತ್ತರು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾ ರನು ಈತಾಮಾರನು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಆರೋನನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾಜಕೋದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.

5 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿ ದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

6 Bring the tribe of Levi near, and set them before Aaron the priest, that they may minister unto him.ಲೇವಿಯ ಗೋತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿರ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಆರೋನನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸು; ಅವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಲಿ.

7 And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tent of meeting, to do the service of the tabernacle.ಅವರು ಅವನ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಭೆಯ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಗುಡಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಲಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಗುಡಾರದ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಿ.

8 And they shall keep all the furniture of the tent of meeting, and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಗುಡಾರದ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡ ಬೇಕು.

9 And thou shalt give the Levites unto Aaron and to his sons: they are wholly given unto him on the behalf of the children of Israel.ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಆರೋನನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು; ಅವರು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವರೇ.

10 And thou shalt appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall keep their priesthood: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋನನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರ ರನ್ನೂ ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಯಾಜಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಲಿ. ಪರಕೀಯನು ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾಯಬೇಕು.

11 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

12 And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the first-born that openeth the womb among the children of Israel; and the Levites shall be mine:ನಾನು ಇಗೋ, ನಾನೇ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗರ್ಭ ತೆರೆಯುವಂಥ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿ ದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಲೇವಿಯರು ನನ್ನವರಾಗಿರುವರು.

13 for all the first-born are mine; on the day that I smote all the first-born in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto me all the first-born in Israel, both man and beast; mine they shall be: I am Jehovah.ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನನ್ನವರೇ. ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೊಡೆದ ದಿನ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪಶುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅವರು ನನ್ನವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನು.

14 And Jehovah spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,ಕರ್ತನು ಸೀನಾಯಿ ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

15 Number the children of Levi by their fathers' houses, by their families: every male from a month old and upward shalt thou number them.ಲೇವಿಯ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನು ಅವರ ತಂದೆಗಳ ಮನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿಯೂ ಎಣಿಸು. ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳ ಗಂಡಸರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ಎಣಿಸು ಅಂದನು.

16 And Moses numbered them according to the word of Jehovah, as he was commanded.ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ತನಗೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಮಾತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಎಣಿಸಿದನು.

17 And these were the sons of Levi by their names: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari.ಲೇವಿಯ ಕುಮಾರರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಇವೇ: ಗೇರ್ಷೋನನೂ ಕೆಹಾತನೂ ಮೆರಾರೀಯೂ.

18 And these are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families: Libni and Shimei.ಗೇರ್ಷೋನನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇವೇ; ಲಿಬ್ನೀಯೂ ಶಿಮ್ಮಿಯೂ.

19 And the sons of Kohath by their families: Amram, and Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.ಕೆಹಾತನ ಕುಮಾರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅಮ್ರಾಮನೂ ಇಚ್ಹಾರನೂ ಹೆಬ್ರೋನನೂ ಉಜ್ಜೀಯೇಲನೂ.

20 And the sons of Merari by their families: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their fathers' houses.ಮೆರಾರೀಯ ಕುಮಾರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಹ್ಲೀಯೂ ಮೂಷೀಯೂ. ತಂದೆಗಳ ಮನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಇವೇ.

21 Of Gershon was the family of the Libnites, and the family of the Shimeites: these are the families of the Gershonites.ಗೇರ್ಷೋನಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರು ಲಿಬ್ನೀಯ ಕುಟುಂಬ ದವರೂ ಶಿವ್ಮೆಾಯ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರೂ, ಗೇರ್ಷೋನನ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಇವೇ.

22 Those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, even those that were numbered of them were seven thousand and five hundred.ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮೊದಲು ಗೊಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳ ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗಂಡಸರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು ಏಳು ಸಾವಿರದ ಐನೂರು ಮಂದಿ.

23 The families of the Gershonites shall encamp behind the tabernacle westward.ಗೇರ್ಷೋನ್ಯರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಗುಡಾರದ ಹಿಂದುಗಡೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

24 And the prince of the fathers' house of the Gershonites shall be Eliasaph the son of Lael.ಲಾಯೇಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಎಲ್ಯಾಸಾಫನು ಗೇರ್ಷೋನ್ಯರ ತಂದೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನು.

25 And the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tent of meeting shall be the tabernacle, and the Tent, the covering thereof, and the screen for the door of the tent of meeting,ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೇರ್ಷೋನನ ಕುಮಾರರು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದವುಗಳು ಗುಡಾ ರವೂ ಅದರ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ತೆರೆಯೂ

26 and the hangings of the court, and the screen for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof.ಅಂಗಳದ ತೆರೆಗಳೂ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಬಲಿಪೀಠಕ್ಕೂ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಅಂಗಳದ ಪರದೆಯೂ ಅಂಗಳದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ತೆರೆಯೂ ಅದರ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಹಗ್ಗಗಳೂ ಇವೆ.

27 And of Kohath was the family of the Amramites, and the family of the Izharites, and the family of the Hebronites, and the family of the Uzzielites: these are the families of the Kohathites.ಅಮ್ರಾಮಿಯರ ಕುಟುಂಬವೂ ಇಚ್ಹಾರರ ಕುಟುಂಬವೂ ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿಯರ ಕುಟುಂಬವೂ ಉಜ್ಜೀ ಯೇಲರ ಕುಟುಂಬವೂ ಇವು ಕೆಹಾತರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಗಳು.

28 According to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, there were eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡು ವವರ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳ ಗಂಡಸರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಎಂಟು ಸಾವಿರದ ಆರು ನೂರು.

29 The families of the sons of Kohath shall encamp on the side of the tabernacle southward.ಕೆಹಾತನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

30 And the prince of the fathers' house of the families of the Kohathites shall be Elizaphan the son of Uzziel.ಉಜ್ಜೀಯೇಲನ ಕುಮಾರನಾದ ಎಲೀಚಾಫಾನು ಕೆಹಾತರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನು.

31 And their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith they minister, and the screen, and all the service thereof.ಅವರ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯೇನಂದರೆ: ಮಂಜೂಷವೂ ಮೇಜೂ ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭವೂ ಬಲಿಪೀಠ ಗಳೂ ಅವರು ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳೂ ತೆರೆಯೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೇವೆಯೂ ಆಗಿದೆ.

32 And Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be prince of the princes of the Levites, `and have' the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾಜಕನಾಗಿರುವ ಆರೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾರನು ಲೇವಿಯರ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನು, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಚಾರಕನು ಅವನೇ.

33 Of Merari was the family of the Mahlites, and the family of the Mushites: these are the families of Merari.ಮಹ್ಲೀಯರ ಕುಟುಂಬವೂ ಮೂಷೀಯರ ಕುಟುಂಬವೂ ಇವು ಮೆರಾರೀಯರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು.

34 And those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, were six thousand and two hundred.ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳ ಗಂಡಸ ರೆಲ್ಲರ ಲೆಕ್ಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಇನ್ನೂರು.

35 And the prince of the fathers' house of the families of Merari was Zuriel the son of Abihail: they shall encamp on the side of the tabernacle northward.ಅಬೀಹೈಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಚೂರೀಯೇಲನು ಮೆರಾ ರೀಯ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನು; ಅವರು ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

36 And the appointed charge of the sons of Merari shall be the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof, and all the instruments thereof, and all the service thereof,ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮೆರಾರೀಯ ಕುಮಾ ರರ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯೂ ಅವರ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವವುಗಳೂ ಯಾವವೆಂದರೆ: ಗುಡಾರದ ಹಲಗೆಗಳೂ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳೂ ಕಂಬಗಳೂ ಕುಣಿಕೆಗಳೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಸ್ತುಗಳೂ ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೇವೆಯೂ

37 and the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords.ಅಂಗಳದ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಕಂಬಗಳೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಕುಣಿಕೆಗಳೂ ಗೂಟಗಳೂ ಹಗ್ಗಗಳೂ ಇವುಗಳೇ.

38 And those that encamp before the tabernacle eastward, before the tent of meeting toward the sunrising, shall be Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.ಆದರೆ ಗುಡಾರದ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರು ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ. ಇವರು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಸ್ಥಳದ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾ ಡುವವರು. ಪರಕೀಯನು ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವನು ಸಾಯಬೇಕು.

39 All that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron numbered at the commandment of Jehovah, by their families, all the males from a month old and upward, were twenty and two thousand.ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಆರೋನನೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೇವಿಯರು ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳ ಗಂಡಸರೆಲ್ಲರು ಲೆಕ್ಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿ.

40 And Jehovah said unto Moses, Number all the first-born males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲು ಗಂಡಸರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರು ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳವರ ಲೆಕ್ಕವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೋ.

41 And thou shalt take the Levites for me (I am Jehovah) instead of all the first-born among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstlings among the cattle of the children of Israel:ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವರೆ ಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಕಲ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯರ ದನಗಳನ್ನೂ ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೋ (ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನು) ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

42 and Moses numbered, as Jehovah commanded him, all the first-born among the children of Israel.ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿರುವದೆ ಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಎಣಿಸಿದನು.

43 And all the first-born males according to the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and threescore and thirteen.ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮೊದಲು ಗೊಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳ ಗಂಡಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚ ಲಾದವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಅಂದರೆ ಹೆಸರುಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರದ ಇನ್ನೂರ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತುಮೂರು ಮಂದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

44 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--

45 Take the Levites instead of all the first-born among the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine: I am Jehovah.ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದ ವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ದನ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯರ ದನಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೋ, ಲೇವಿಯರು ನನ್ನವರಾಗಿರುವರು; ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನು.

46 And for the redemption of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the first-born of the children of Israel, that are over and above `the number of' the Levites,ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಲೇವಿ ಯರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವ ಇನ್ನೂರ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತಮೂರು ಮಂದಿಯ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯ ಕ್ರಯವಾಗಿ

47 thou shalt take five shekels apiece by the poll; after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take them (the shekel is twenty gerahs):ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬ ನಿಗೆ ಐದು ಶೇಕೆಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೋ. ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಶೇಕೆಲಿನ ಮೇರೆಗೆ (ಶೇಕೆಲಿಗೆ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಗೇರಾ) ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

48 and thou shalt give the money, wherewith the odd number of them is redeemed, unto Aaron and to his sons.ಅವರೊಳಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವವರ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯ ಕ್ರಯವನ್ನು ಆರೋ ನನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ನೀನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

49 And Moses took the redemption-money from them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites;ಹೀಗೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಲೇವಿಯರಿಂದ ವಿಮೋಚಿಸ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯ ಕ್ರಯವಾದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡನು.

50 from the first-born of the children of Israel took he the money, a thousand three hundred and threescore and five `shekels', after the shekel of the sanctuary:ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವರಿಂದ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಶೇಕೆಲಿನ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಾವಿರದ ಮುನ್ನೂರ ಅರವ ತ್ತೈದು ಶೇಕೆಲುಗಳ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡನು.

51 and Moses gave the redemption-money unto Aaron and to his sons, according to the word of Jehovah, as Jehovah commanded Moses.ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ವಿಮೋ ಚನೆಯ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಆರೋನನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
