Numbers 23:11
ಆಗ ಬಾಲಾಕನು ಬಿಳಾಮನಿಗೆ--ಇದೇನು ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು? ನನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ಶಪಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸಿದೆನು; ಇಗೋ, ನೀನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಾಗಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದಿ ಅಂದನು.

Nehemiah 13:2

ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಘನಪಡಿಸುವೆನು; ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಆದಕಾರಣ ನೀನು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಬಂದು ಈ ಜನರನ್ನು ನನಗಾಗಿ ಶಪಿಸು ಅಂದನು.

Psalm 109:17
ಅವನು ಶಾಪವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಅದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ. ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿರಲಿ.
