ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರೂ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ನೆತಿನಿಯರೂ ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನ ಸೇವಕರ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಅವರವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದರು;ಆದರೆ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸೀಮೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಯಾರಂದರೆ--
