Matthew 3 - BBE (Kannada)

1 And in those days John the Baptist came preaching in the waste land of Judaea,ಆ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಬಂದು ಯೂದಾಯದ ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರುತ್ತಾ--

2 Saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin; for the kingdom of heaven is near.ನೀವು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರ ಪಡಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಪರಲೋಕರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸಮಾಪ ವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

3 For this is he of whom Isaiah the prophet said, The voice of one crying in the waste land, Make ready the way of the Lord, make his roads straight.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ--ಕರ್ತನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಆತನ ಹಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಗೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಗುವ ಒಬ್ಬನ ಶಬ್ದವದೆ ಎಂಬದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆಶಾಯ ನಿಂದ ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನು ಇವನೇ.

4 Now John was clothed in camel's hair, with a leather band about him; and his food was locusts and honey.ಈ ಯೋಹಾನನಿಗೆ ಒಂಟೇ ಕೂದಲಿನ ಉಡುಪೂ ಸೊಂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಚರ್ಮದ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟೂ ಇದ್ದವು; ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಡತೆಗಳೂ ಕಾಡು ಜೇನೂ ಇವನಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದವು.

5 Then Jerusalem and all Judaea went out to him, and all the people from near Jordan;ಆಗ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನವರೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಯೂದಾಯ ದವರೂ ಯೊರ್ದನ್‌ ಹೊಳೆಯ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದವರೂ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದರು.

6 And they were given baptism by him in the river Jordan, saying openly that they had done wrong.ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಯೊರ್ದನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.

7 But when he saw a number of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, Offspring of snakes, at whose word are you going in flight from the wrath to come?ಆದರೆ ಫರಿಸಾಯರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸದ್ದುಕಾಯರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅನೇಕರು ತನ್ನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬರುವದನ್ನು ಅವನು ಕಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ-- ಓ ಸರ್ಪ ಸಂತತಿಯವರೇ, ಬರುವದಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಕೋಪ ದಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದವರು ಯಾರು?

8 Let your change of heart be seen in your works:ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಫಲ ಗಳನ್ನು ಫಲಿಸಿರಿ;

9 And say not to yourselves, We have Abraham for our father; because I say to you that God is able from these stones to make children for Abraham.ಮತ್ತು -- ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ನಮಗೆ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಅಂದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ದೇವರು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸ ಶಕ್ತನೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

10 And even now the axe is put to the root of the trees; every tree then which does not give good fruit is cut down, and put into the fire.ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮರಗಳ ಬೇರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಿ ಹಾಕಿಯದೆ; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಫಲಿಸದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮರವು ಕಡಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಬೆಂಕಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಡುವದು.

11 Truly, I give baptism with water to those of you whose hearts are changed; but he who comes after me is greater than I, whose shoes I am not good enough to take up: he will give you baptism with the Holy Spirit and with fire:ನಾನು ಮಾನ ಸಾಂತರದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಿಮಗೆ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುವದು ನಿಜವೇ; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬರುವಾತನು ನನಗಿಂತಲೂ ಶಕ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆತನ ಕೆರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಲ್ಲ; ಆತನು ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ತ್ಮನಿಂದಲೂ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿ ಸುವನು.

12 In whose hand is the instrument with which he will make clean his grain; he will put the good grain in his store, but the waste will be burned up in the fire which will never be put out.ಒನೆಯುವ ಮೊರವನ್ನು ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹಸನುಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನು ಕಣಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಿಸುವನು; ಆದರೆ ಹೊಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಆರದ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಟ್ಟುಬಿಡುವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

13 Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan, to be given baptism by him.ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಯೋಹಾನನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಗಲಿಲಾಯದಿಂದ ಯೊರ್ದ ನಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು.

14 But John would have kept him back, saying, It is I who have need of baptism from you, and do you come to me?ಆದರೆ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಆತನನ್ನು ತಡೆದು--ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರಲಾಗಿ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವದೇನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

15 But Jesus made answer, saying to him, Let it be so now: because so it is right for us to make righteousness complete. Then he gave him baptism.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೋ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆ ನೆರವೇರಿ ಸುವದು ನಮಗೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡನು.

16 And Jesus, having been given baptism, straight away went up from the water; and, the heavens opening, he saw the Spirit of God coming down on him as a dove;ಯೇಸು ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಇಗೋ, ಆತನಿಗೆ ಆಕಾಶಗಳು ತೆರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮನು ಪಾರಿವಾಳದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಳಿದುಬರುವದನ್ನು ಆತನು ಕಂಡನು.

17 And a voice came out of heaven, saying, This is my dearly loved Son, with whom I am well pleased.ಆಗ--ಇಗೋ, ಈತನು ಪ್ರಿಯ ನಾಗಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು; ಈತನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಹಳ ವಾಗಿ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಹೇಳುವ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾಯಿತು.
