ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಜನಾಂಗವೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವೂ ಏಳುವವು; ಮತ್ತು ನಾನಾ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಕಂಪಗಳಾಗುವವು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಬರ ಗಾಲಗಳು ಕಳವಳಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗುವವು; ಇವು ಸಂಕಟಗಳ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿವೆ.
