ಅವರು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆದ್ದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹೊರಗೆ ದೂಡಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ತಲೆ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ದೊಬ್ಬಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಕಡಿದಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು.
