Leviticus 6:22
ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಾದ ಯಾಜಕನು ಅದನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು; ಇದು ಕರ್ತನಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾದ ಒಂದು ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯಾಗಿದೆ; ಅದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಸುಡಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು.

Leviticus 8:21
ಅವನು ಕರುಳುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಳೆದನು. ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಆ ಟಗರನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಾಗಿ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಟ್ಟನು. ಅದು ದಹನ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸುವಾ ಸನೆಯ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.
Deuteronomy 10:6

ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಆತನನ್ನು ಜಜ್ಜುವದು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೆ ಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆತನು (ದೇವರು) ಆತನನ್ನು ಸಂಕಟಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿದನು; ನೀನು ಆತನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಪಾಪ ಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವನು. ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ದಿವಸ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವನು, ಕರ್ತನ ಸಂತೋಷವು ಆತನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಫಲವಾಗುವದು.
