Leviticus 22:15
ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಿ ಸುವ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಅಪವಿತ್ರ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.

ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಅಪರಾಧವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಕರ್ತನ ಪವಿತ್ರ ವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಅವನು ಅಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮಧ್ಯದೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು.
Leviticus 22:9
ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಅಪವಿತ್ರಪಡಿಸಿದರೆ ಅದರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತು ಸಾಯದಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.

ಅದರ ಯಾಜಕರು ನನ್ನ ವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭಂಗಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪವಿತ್ರಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಾದದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಅಪವಿತ್ರವಾದದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಭೇದವೆಣಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಶುದ್ಧಾಶುದ್ಧ ವಿವೇಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ, ನನ್ನ ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪವಿತ್ರನಾದೆನು.
