ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಂದಾವರ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಇದು ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ವಾದ ನಿಯಮವಾಗಿರುವದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಆರೋನನು ಮಾಡಿದನು.
