Ruth 2:13
ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಳು ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ನನಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಯೆದೊರಕಲಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೀನು ಆದರಿಸಿದಿ; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬಳಲ್ಲ ದಿದ್ದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಕೂಡ ಸ್ನೇಹದಿಂದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದಿಅಂದಳು.

ಅವನ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಯಾಕೋಬನ ಮಗಳಾದ ದೀನಳನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಅವನು ಆ ಹುಡುಗಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ ಆಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಯೆ ಯಿಂದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನು.

ಆಗ ಏಸಾ ವನು--ನಾನು ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡ ಪಶುಗಳ ಮಂದೆ ಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಯಾತಕ್ಕೆ? ಅಂದಾಗ ಯಾಕೋಬನು--ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಕೃಪೆ ದೊರಕಲಿ ಎಂದು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಮಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.
