ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ಯಾವನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದಿ ರುವನೋ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸುವನು; ಯಾವನನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಪಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವನೋ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣ ಪಡಿಸುವನು.
