Psalm 49:11
ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳು ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿವಾಸಗಳು ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ಇರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಂತರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ ಭೂಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡು ತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಸಮುವೇಲನು ಉದಯಕಾಲದಲ್ಲೆದ್ದು ಸೌಲನನ್ನು ಎದುರುಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹೋದನು. ಆಗ ಸೌಲನು ಕರ್ಮೆಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, ಇಗೋ, ತನಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಿದನೆಂದೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ದಾಟಿ ಗಿಲ್ಗಾಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದನೆಂದೂ ಸಮುವೇಲನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.

ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಯಾಯಾರನು ಅರ್ಗೋ ಬಿನ ದೇಶವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಗೆಷೂರ್ಯರ, ಮಾಕಾತ್ಯರ ಮೇರೆಯ ವರೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಆ ಬಾಷಾನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೆ ಹವ್ವೊತ್ ಯಾಯಾ ರೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟನು.
