ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾದ ಅರಸನು ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ಚದರಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಕ್ರವನ್ನು ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಅವನು ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಗರಗಸ ಸಲಿಕೆ ಕೊಡ್ಲಿಯ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೂ ಇಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಭಟ್ಟಿಯ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೂ ಇಟ್ಟನು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ಅಮ್ಮೊನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿಗೂ ಮಾಡಿ ದಾವೀದನೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬಂದರು.

ಮರೆಯಾಗಿ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಡಿ ಹೇಳುವವನನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವೆನು; ಗರ್ವದ ಕಣ್ಣೂ ಅಹಂಕಾರದ ಹೃದಯವೂ ಉಳ್ಳವನನ್ನು ತಾಳಲಾರೆನು.

ಅಗಸೆಯನ್ನು ತುಳಿಯುವ ಯಂತ್ರದಿಂದ ತುಳಿಯುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಜೀರಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಾಡಿಯ ಚಕ್ರದಿಂದ (ಕಣದ ಗುಂಡಿನಿಂದ) ತಿರುಗಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಅಗಸೆಯು ಕೋಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಜೀರಿಗೆಯು ದೊಣ್ಣೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಒಡೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವದು.
