Numbers 5:31
ಆಗ ಗಂಡನು ನಿರಪರಾಧಿ ಯಾಗಿರುವನು. ಆದರೆ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಳು ಎಂಬದೇ.

ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮಗಳಾದ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವಳ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆ ತನವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವಳು ಅವನ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಅದು ದುಷ್ಟತನವೇ; ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು; ಅವರ ರಕ್ತವು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವದು. ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನ ವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಅಪರಾಧ ವನ್ನು ತಾನೇ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
ಅರಣ್ಯಕಾಂಡ 9:13
ಆದರೆ ಶುದ್ಧನಾದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡದವನೂ ಪಸ್ಕವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಜನರೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಬೇಕು; ಅವನು ಕರ್ತನ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಅದರ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾರದಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ನಿನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಆತನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರ ಮಾಡುವನು.
