ಆರೋನನ ಮಗನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಎಲೀಯಾಜರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಫೀನೆಹಾಸನೆಂಬ ಯಾಜಕನು ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ಎದ್ದು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡು

ಮಾರನೆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರಿಂದ ಬಂದ ದುರಾತ್ಮವು ಸೌಲನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಳಿಯಿತು. ಅವನು ಮನೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು (ಕಾಲಜ್ಞಾನ). ಆಗ ದಾವೀ ದನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಬಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಆದರೆ ಸೌಲನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಟಿಯು ಇತ್ತು.

ಸೌಲನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಟಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಕುಳಿತಿರುವಾಗ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ದುರಾತ್ಮವು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂತು; ದಾವೀದನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ (ಕಿನ್ನರಿ) ಬಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
